Mummies can still enjoy bath and bedtime, then handover to Daddy or Babysitter to sneak out for some “me time” with other mums. 


You need to wear comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water and your £7.00 

All classes are £7.00 a session pay as you go, so there is no need to book,   no need to commit to long courses and no need to cancel when you can’t  make it – just come when you can!

 

All equipment for class provided. Where possible, arrive early for your first session to fill in registration forms so I can look after you properly.

Come in through the main gates, and turn right.  You will see some glass doors. Park here and come in!
